Regulations

At Hotel Marjaba your tenderloin is welcome. Upon arrival you will receive your own welcome kit with

a bed, a toy and two plates.

Conditions:

• Extra cost per night $300.00 MXN per room. The rate includes dog accommodation and special cleaning.
• Only 1 small or medium dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed.
• If necessary, the guest must present the medical certificate valid for up to 3 months prior to the date of entry.
• The dog must always be on a leash or harness and remain in permitted areas: Room, circulation areas and areas designated by the Hotel.
• The dog may only enter the permitted areas of the consumption centers, but not the pool, paddle tennis courts, event or restricted areas.
• The Guest will be responsible for the behavior of your pet and is obliged to pay for any damage or loss if it affects another guest, collaborator or client, in the hotel's facilities and/or furniture.
• For emotional support dogs, a cost also applies. extra according to the aforementioned conditions.
